The Fleet Success Show is a weekly podcast from RTA Fleet for the people who run fleets: fleet managers, maintenance supervisors, technicians, and public works leaders. Each episode digs into the fundamentals, standards, and best practices that help fleets improve vehicle availability, control costs, and lead their teams well. The show launched in April 2021 and has published more than 250 episodes.

Marc Canton, VP of Fleet Strategy at RTA Fleet and a former university fleet director, and Facundo Tassara, Fleet Success Ambassador at RTA Fleet who previously managed public fleets, host most episodes. Josh Turley, CEO of RTA Fleet and co-author of The Fleet Success Playbook, co-hosts select episodes. Guests include fleet managers, technicians, consultants, and industry leaders from across North America.

Anyone responsible for a fleet. Most listeners manage public sector fleets for cities, counties, states, universities, school districts, utilities, and transit agencies, but the lessons apply to any organization that maintains vehicles and equipment, from a few dozen assets to several thousand.
