Per asset. Every RTA Fleet360 plan includes unlimited users. Some third-party comparison sites incorrectly list RTA Fleet as per-seat pricing. The published model is per asset, per month, billed annually.

This is the question most evaluations skip. A fleet management system that is configured but never operationalized (PM programs misconfigured, inspections never activated, inventory drifting negative) produces compliance numbers that look correct and aren't. RTA Fleet's Fleet Success Manager model exists specifically to prevent that outcome.
