Who is Marc Canton?
Marc Canton is VP of Fleet Strategy at RTA Fleet, where he leads the direction of RTA Fleet360. He has spent more than 25 years in transportation, logistics and fleet management, including a period as Director of University Transportation at Fordham University before moving to the software side.
His consulting work centers on best-practice assessments: maintenance and repair, asset allocation and utilization, acquisition and disposal, cost-of-service modeling and chargeback analysis, and the right-sizing and right-typing studies that determine what a fleet should actually own rather than what it happens to have.
He hosts The Fleet Success Show, serves on the NASUF Education Steering Committee, and presents at NAFA, GFX, the NTEA Work Truck Show and NCSFA. He holds a post-MBA certificate in Advanced Analytics from Fordham's Gabelli School of Business and contributes to Government Fleet Magazine.
