Josh Turley

Josh Turley is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of RTA Fleet, the Glendale, Arizona company behind RTA Fleet360, a fleet management information system used by more than 1,200 public and private sector fleets across North America. He has spent more than twenty years designing fleet software alongside the fleet managers, shop supervisors and technicians who use it every day.

His central argument is that a fleet's credibility with its city council, school board or executive team is built on clean maintenance data rather than on telematics dashboards. That thinking became the Fleet Success methodology, which he co-authored with Steve Saltzgiver in The Fleet Success Playbook and continues to develop as host of The Fleet Success Show.

Josh is a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) and a member of NAFA Fleet Management Association. He is also unusually vocal about company culture, which he treats as an operational input rather than a soft one: his position is that a shop where people want to work is the same shop that hits its PM compliance targets.
