We are pleased to announce that we have rounded out our experienced sales and support teams by welcoming two new fleet professionals to the RTA family.
Long-time former customer Larry Werts joins our support team as a trainer and support specialist, and award-winning sales professional Austin Pysell fills out the sales team as a new account manager.

Larry Werts was a long-time RTA customer while managing Fleet Services of Kern County, California for more than 20 years. The garage was on the verge of bankruptcy in 1995 after losing more than 70% of its customers overnight. Under Larry’s supervision, the garage purchased RTA’s fleet management software and saw a 112% increase in fleet volume over the next five years. Larry and his wife recently located to Peoria, Arizona.
Austin Pysell joins RTA from our partner FleetMatics, where he held a variety of positions within the sales organization, consistently exceeding goals. He is a proven top performer and a welcome addition to our sales team, having won top honors in the past including 2013 Business Development of the Year and 2014 Hall of Fame. Pysell resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his fiancée and daughter.
