Josh and Anjuli Turley Continue Legacy Established by Ron and Larry Turley

August 7, 2017, Glendale, Arizona - Ron Turley Associates, Inc. (“RTA”), one of the fleet maintenance software industry’s leading providers, announces new ownership.
Josh Turley, CEO, and his wife Anjuli have purchased the company from Kim Turley, taking RTA into its third generation of family ownership.
"Anjuli and I are excited to take our place in the history of this great company. We are mindful of the legacy that both Ron and Larry created through the company, and are grateful for the opportunity to build on that legacy for the future" stated Turley.
Kim Turley added, “It marks a milestone for our family and is a fulfillment of Larry’s dream to have Josh own the company. I am excited for him and Anjuli, and for the future of the RTA Family.”
As a result of the transaction, RTA’s board now consists of Josh Turley, Anjuli Turley, and Kim Turley. All other employees remain in their current roles.

We look forward to the new opportunities in front of us as we work together to broaden the scope of services RTA offers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fleet and asset management through technology,” comments Turley.
The industry-specific knowledge provided by RTA’s new ownership is expected to drive expansion into existing markets and increase RTA’s product and service offerings throughout the coming months.
