RTA Connect Speaker Spotlight: Jeff Barnes

Jeff Barnes, who is nicknamed Dr. Disneyland, is more than a Disney enthusiast. He’s an expert.

Barnes is a professor of the only accredited college course on the history of Disneyland. He’s taught the course since 2011 at California Baptist University.

He is also scheduled to speak at RTA Connect 2019.

As a speaker, Barnes teaches his audiences how the history of the Disney parks can teach great life lessons and improve their leadership skills. He helps people connect Walt Disney’s story and features of the park to their own life experiences. By learning from Disney’s vision, Barnes helps audiences become better leaders.

Barnes has written several books on Disney, including: The Wisdom of Walt: Leadership Lessons from the Happiest Place on Earth and Beyond the Wisdom of Walt: Life Lessons from the Most Magical Place on Earth.
