Ron360 is a built-in AI assistant. It allows users to ask plain-English questions about their fleet data and receive answers based on their live fleet information.

What kinds of questions can Ron360 answer? expand_more expand_less

Ron360 can answer questions about assets, work orders, maintenance history, PM compliance, parts inventory, costs, downtime, and more. It can also answer procedural questions using RTA's curated knowledge base.

Does Ron360 use my actual Fleet360 data? expand_more expand_less

Yes. Ron360 retrieves information directly from your RTA Fleet360 environment and provides answers grounded in your live fleet data.

Can Ron360 make changes in Fleet360? expand_more expand_less

No. Ron360 is read-only at this time. It retrieves, reasons, and responds. It doesn’t create, edit, approve, or delete records.

How do I know the answer is accurate? expand_more expand_less

Every response includes a reasoning trace showing how the answer was generated. Knowledge base responses also include source citations.

Who gets access to the Ron360 chat? expand_more expand_less

RTA Fleet360 administrators receive access automatically at launch. Administrators can then grant access to additional users through the Ron360 User permission group.

Can I save Ron360 answers? expand_more expand_less

Yes. Charts and tables can be saved as live widgets on Custom Dashboards where they automatically refresh using current data.

Is our data used to train AI models? expand_more expand_less

No. Your data remains within your RTA Fleet360 environment and is not used to train external AI models.
