Who is Chuck Cramer?
Chuck Cramer is a seasoned fleet management leader with more than 30 years of experience across military and municipal operations. After a 25-year career in the U.S. Air Force (1991–2016), he served nine years as Fleet Director for the City of Lynchburg, where the fleet earned multiple national honors, including a #1 mid-size fleet ranking from Government Fleet and top-five placements in NAFA’s 100 Best Fleets.
