RTA

A third-generation owner, Josh purchased RTA in 2017 after becoming CEO in 2015. But his roots with RTA go back much farther.

Josh grew up around RTA, watching his grandfather and father lead the company before his tenure, and officially started his RTA career in 2004. Josh works alongside his team to carry out RTA’s goal to have a positive impact on the lives they touch. His mission for RTA is to provide clients with the tools they need to save time and money in their operations.

Passionate about culture and creating a great place to work, Josh has worked hard to build an atmosphere of camaraderie and trust at RTA. He pushes everyone in the organization to do their best to support RTA’s sole goal of “helping fleets succeed.”

FAQ

What kind of data do I need to provide?
We’re looking for real, measurable progress, things like availability, PM compliance, cost control, or operational improvements. If you’re tracking your performance, you likely already have what you need.
Do I need to have a “perfect” fleet to apply?

No, because there's no such thing as a "perfect fleet." This isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. If you’ve made meaningful improvements, you should apply.

Who judges the applications?

Applications are reviewed and winners are selected by a team of former fleet managers who understand the realities of running public fleets.

What do winners receive?

Winners receive a banner to hang in their shop, a physical award to place on their desk, digital certificates that can be presented to each member of the fleet team, and more.

Do I have to be present at RTA Connect in Chicago to win?

Yes, as we will be announcing all of the winners on stage during Connect 2026, and we want to give you the opportunity to accept your award in front of your peers.
