Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the services provided by Ron Turley Associates, LLC (“RTA,” “we,” or “us”) and forms part of RTA’s Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
By accessing or using RTA’s services (the “Services”), Customer agrees to comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited Uses
Customer may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, ordinance, or court order.
- Infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Upload, store, transmit, or distribute malware, ransomware, worms, spyware, or other harmful or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, accounts, or data, including probing, scanning, or penetration testing without RTA’s prior written authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or related systems.
- Store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Circumvent or bypass usage limits, access controls, authentication measures, or security safeguards implemented by RTA.
- Engage in any activity that could reasonably expose RTA, its infrastructure, or other customers to harm, liability, or security risk.
2. Enforcement
RTA reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. RTA may suspend or terminate Customer’s access to the Services for violations of this AUP, subject to notice where commercially reasonable and in accordance with the Terms of Service.
3. Updates
RTA may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
