Steve Saltzgiver has 45+ years of fleet leadership experience across public, private, and transit operations.

At RTA Fleet, he serves as Lead Strategic Consultant, helping clients benchmark performance, redesign infrastructure, and build sustainable fleet strategies.

Steve previously led national fleet operations for Republic Services and Coca-Cola and directed fleets for the States of Georgia and Utah.

His work is recognized throughout the industry for transforming underperforming operations and mentoring future fleet leaders.

He is a certified VMRS Specialist, Lean Management certified, and a frequent contributor to the Government Fleet Hall of Fame community.
