A third-generation owner, Josh purchased RTA in 2017 after becoming CEO in 2015. But his roots with RTA go back much farther.
Josh grew up around RTA, watching his grandfather and father lead the company before his tenure, and officially started his RTA career in 2004. Josh works alongside his team to carry out RTA’s goal to have a positive impact on the lives they touch. His mission for RTA is to provide clients with the tools they need to save time and money in their operations.
Passionate about culture and creating a great place to work, Josh has worked hard to build an atmosphere of camaraderie and trust at RTA. He pushes everyone in the organization to do their best to support RTA’s sole goal of “helping fleets succeed.”
Keynote: The Three Ls of Leadership
Mike Pitcher is the former CEO of LeasePlan USA, and the former president of Efficiency Enterprises.
He has held senior leadership positions at both Dell Computer and Pitney Bowes. Under Mike’s leadership at LeasePlan, the company was recognized as the best mid-sized company to work for in the city of Atlanta (Twice), as well as one of the best mid-sized companies to work for in the USA, by Forbes magazine. He was also personally recognized as the Top CEO for mid-sized companies by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. In 2012, LeasePlan was the first major leasing company to institute a complete cell phone ban while driving a company owned vehicle. He is a frequent key note speaker on the subject of preventing crashes caused by distracted driving.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Louisiana and earned his MBA from Emory University. He published his first book in 2016, the “Seven elements of Leadership for a New Breed of Leader,” in which he describes his leadership philosophy.
Keynote: The 100 Best Fleets Highlights and 2025 Contest Updates
Michael Brennan, NAFA’s 100 Best Fleets Program Coordinator and contest chief judge is a 40+ year industry veteran in vehicle and equipment maintenance management. Michael is a three-time recipient of the AEMP Fleet Masters Award and focuses upon process improvement, facility management, succession planning, technology, and lifecycle analytics as the cornerstone of success in the fleet management industry. He publishes numerous articles in multiple publications detailing the industry’s best practices for fleet and equipment management professionals. As Principal of CDMB Consultants LLC he consults with public and private fleets across the industry assisting them with increasing operational efficiencies within their organizations.

Keynote: Tales of a Fleet Whisperer
Fleet Management Hall of Famer Steve Saltzgiver has more than 45 years of fleet experience. Steve's extensive resume includes working at large corporate fleets such as Republic Services and Coca-Cola.
He also spent time working with government fleets, including the states of Utah and Georgia, and the Utah Transit Authority. He has an abundance of fleet knowledge and experience and loves sharing it with others.
Steve is an experienced expert in helping fleet operations become more efficient. He's utilized several different tactics in his career to help organizations go lean while still staying productive.
Keynote: Habits of Leading Fleets
Facundo Tassara is the Head of Fleet Success Ambassadorship for RTA and is also part of the Consulting Team. He has over 23 years’ experience in the fleet industry including management and operation of private repair shops and body shops, managing small and large government fleets, and a founding member of two mobility tech startups.
Prior to joining RTA, he was the Head of Customer Success for a real-time tire management startup. Facundo’s fleet career started at the City of Ormond Beach, FL where he managed a fleet of 500 assets and then went on to manage the City of Norfolk, VA Fleet Management Department where he was responsible for 2,100 assets.
During his years in government fleet management, he received several 100 Best Fleet awards including a “2015 Fleet Manager of the Year” nominee and landed on Government Fleet Magazines “20 under 40” list. Facundo’s areas of expertise in Fleet Management include the implementation and deployment of new technology, improvement of shop productivity, employee engagement and training programs, and feasibility of vehicle-to-grid technology.
Keynote: The Making of a Fleet Manager of the Year
Sara Burnam CAFM, has 26 years’ experience in the automotive industry with 16 years of experience in public sector Fleet Management. She began her career at the Ohio State Highway Patrol as the Fleet Office Supervisor and later the Assistant Fleet Manager to help manage, maintain, and acquire replacements for 2,000 assets.
Her public sector experience includes working for the State of Ohio as a Fleet Analyst, where she managed the state’s fuel card program and the administration of annual Fleet plans for 21 state agencies. She also assisted in onboarding the agency to roll out an automated pool car system for over 2000 users.
Most recently, she held the position of the Director of Fleet Management, for Palm Beach County, where she managed a team of 61 individuals, 4,800 assets, 14 fuel sites, 5 shops, and an operating budget of $34M. During her time at Palm Beach County, she was awarded the Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year and was featured in Government Fleet Magazine's “20 under 40”, NAFA's FLEETSolutions “Future of Fleet,” and other recognitions. In 2022, and 2023, Palm Beach County, Fleet Management, was awarded #16, and #10, of the 100 Best Fleets award. She has also held speaking engagements for conferences and webinars such as NAFA I & E, GFX, the Work Truck Show, and 100 Best Fleets.
Keynote: Product Roadmap: The Next 12 Months
Marc has more than two decades of experience with university transportation, logistics, and government fleet management, and spent several years working as the Transportation Director and Fleet Manager at Fordham University. He currently heads up product design at RTA, building the FMIS of the future.
An experienced fleet leader, Marc is knowledgeable in a variety of fleet topics. Some of his particular areas of interest include EV feasibility and implementation, motor pool management, and more. Marc is also passionate about data, helping fleets utilize it to make data-driven decisions and tell their story better.
