We know that Work Orders are at the core of your shop. Because these are so essential to your fleet operation’s productivity, our software engineers have added new Work Order functionality to the RTA Web App.
In the coming weeks our users will be able to access the following Work Order features in RTA Web:
Work Order Search
Under the Work Orders menu, users now have the ability to search based on Work Order parameters, including Work Order Number, Vehicle Number, and Notes. Similar to the F1 Lookup lists, WO Search can be configured to user specifications and preferences. Users can remove and adjust columns, add filters, and export lists to Excel or a PDF.
Create Work Order
Users now have the option to create a new Work Order under the Work Orders menu option. They can easily do this by selecting the “+” button in the top right corner of the Search Menu.
Users also now have the ability to complete Work Orders by posting and closing lines.
Work Order Templates
When adding a new Work Order Line in RTA Web, users now have the option to either create a line from scratch, or use a previously created Work Order Template. The lookup screen will give users a list of all available Work Order Templates. Once they select the one they want to use, they can Confirm it and add the new line.
